When there is a financial need, it is our desire to help by providing financial resources to offset the cost of participating in JAMPAC. In an effort to be good stewards and be consistent, we are asking those requesting a scholarship to submit this completed form.
**** Please know that this form does not register your child for camp.
Full scholarships are rarely available and participants are expected to pay a portion of the camp cost.
